To further deepen the communication among different divisions between Hevol Real Estate and Hevol Services, Hevol Chengdu held a grand team building activity at Huanglong Creek in Chengdu on Jun. 21^st 2021. All the staff took part in the activity to prepare for the oncoming great-leap-forward development.

    After work on Jun. 25^th, Hevol Chengdu arrived at Huanglong Creek. During the fancy dinner, all the staff broke the limit of division and industry to get to know each other and laid the foundation for the next-day activity.

    On the following day, all the staff energetically came to the expansion site. There were 4 themes for the morning’s activity: ice-breaking grouping, team talents, teamworking and communication & observation. Everyone was having a passionate collision of thought and thorough communication. They put their position, age and sex away and overcame difficulties together to accomplish each task the coach assigned. Under the relaxed atmosphere, the staff had further comprehension of teamwork and communication and observation. On the other hand, the activity in the afternoon was Dragon Treasure. All the teams accomplished the task step by step according to the clues the coach offered. Finding treasure is a test both physically and mentally. It’s also a test for teamworking and cohesion. All members had overcome the summer heat and the limit of physical strength for the final accomplishment.

    This activity not only promoted friendship but also had strengthen the team cohesion force. It made the staff thoroughly felt the charm of sports and fully mobilized the initiative of the staff. At the meantime, implementing diversified business in an all-round way will bring a new profit growth point under the staff’s common effort, to make contributions to Hevol’s great- leap-forward development and prosperity.
