Asset management department was established in April 2017, is affiliated with Hevol Real Estate Group. The main work is divided into several parts: assets operation management, real estate management, brand management, marketing management and such. It’s mainly responsible for the operation and management of idle assets. Also, it helps mining the industry hotspots, coordinating and using internal and external resources to maximize operating results. Currently, asset management department has formed a basic team. They have established and perfected the examination and approval system. The preliminary planning for optimization of group assets has been done. After operational mode gets mature and the team reach stable management, an asset management company will be established for foreign output and increasing the outside business.
