Up to Dec. 31^st 2019, the 1^st-stage Villa of Wenhua Mansion project of Hevol Chongqing had been successfully finished and delivered. The refined decorated rooms of Hevol Wenhua Mansion had been delivered to 239 visited proprietors. There were 205 proprietors who had the house delivery qualification. 187 houses were handed over which is as high as 91.42%. It fully showed the favor and approval the customers had for Hevol’s product.

    Wenhua Mansion project of Hevol took advantage of the New Chinese Style as theme for the whole design style which pursued the harmonious life between human and environment. It built a casual, sportive and poetic living environment through the designing elements like landscape living room, themed sportive landscape and peaceful community footpath, to strengthen the feeling of stability, safety and sense of belongings.

    To make sure of the delivery, all staff from different departments of Hevol Chongqing fully cooperated with the property management company. They had gone through the delivery nodes in advance and made sure that they had put key tasks in place.

    The successful delivery of Wenhua project marked the official using application by the proprietors. Hevol Chongqing will continue strengthening the process management and construction organization management with the theory of “high-quality products”, to make sure the successful delivery of high-rise products.
