On Nov. 7th 2019, the public rental housing project at Gao Midian of Hevol Beijing won the Golden Award of Excellent Residence Community of 2019 China Zhan Tianyou Prize on Civil Engineering in Su Zhou.
Zhan Tianyou Prize of Chinese Civil Engineering is the highest prize in the domain of scientific and technological innovation of Chinese civil engineering. It was founded in 1991 jointly by Chinese Civil Engineering Association and Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering and technological development foundation, and it got permitted by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2000. The Golden Award of Excellent Residence Community of Zhan Tianyou Prize represents the supreme honor of the residence domain in Chinese real estate industry. In 2019, there were only 31 projects selected to be awarded nationwide and in which 5 projects were from Beijing.
The project is located at Gao Midian, Huang Cun town, Da Xing district in Beijing. The construction area is 119,160 square meters. It contains No. 1-5 residential buildings, No. 6-7 supporting business, No.8 heating station, No.9 switching room and underground parking lot. The residential buildings are all public rental housing. The construction, which is the major project in Da Xing district, was started on Mar. 1st 2013, and it was finished and delivered on Dec. 9th 2015. This project adheres to the concept of people-oriented eco-housing. The construction process control was reinforced to make sure the integral quality. At the same time, it was the first to achieve industrialization and it had demonstration and guidance effect for the modernization development and promotion of nationwide construction industry.
The engineering construction plan of indemnificatory housing is a significant livelihood project.
